彭真，湖北十堰人，博士，讲师，中共党员。2005-2009年，华中农业大学，园艺林学学院园艺专业，农学学士；2009-2012年，浙江大学，农业与生物技术学院蔬菜学专业，农学硕士；2015-2019年，中国农科院农业基因组研究所-云南师范大学-云南英茂集团有限公司共建培养，工学博士；2019年至今，北京农学院，园艺系，观赏园艺学方向，讲师。

主要研究方向：地被植物分子生理与化学调控，以山麦冬等为对象，开展山麦冬多组学分析与功能基因挖掘、地被植物逆境分子生理及化学调控、乡土地被植物种质资源创新与应用等研究。

主要讲授课程：《植物生理学》《草坪与地被植物》等本科生课程，《观赏植物遗传与育种》《现代园艺生产原理与技术》《农艺与种业领域研究进展》等课程。

代表性成果：先后以第一（或共同第一）作者在Molecular plant、Nature Plants、Plant Biotechnology Journal、Plant Cell and Environment、Horticulture Research、Frontiers in Plant Science、Journal of Integrative Agriculture、生态学报等杂志发表研究成果。参编出版农业技术类书籍《虎杖》（中国农业科学技术出版社，2021）、《海岛主要瓜果蔬菜高效栽培技术》（浙江大学出版社，2011）等。
