段留生，山东人，博士，教授，中共党员。入选国家万人计划（中青年科技创新领军人才）、教育部长江学者奖励计划特聘教授、国家杰出青年基金获得者、科技部中青年科技创新领军人才、农业农村部农业科研杰出人才、农业农村部神农领军英才等人才计划。全国农药登记评审委员会委员、中国农药发展与应用协会常务理事、中国农学院常务理事。

主要研究方向：生物调节剂创制与农林应用

主要讲授课程：植物生理学

代表性成果：获国家技术发明奖二等奖1项、国家科技进步奖二等奖3项、省部级一等奖2项。以第一发明人获授权国家发明专利43件，以第一或通讯作者发表学术论文162篇，其中SCI收录75篇，主编著作3部。入选全国高校黄大年式教师团队和北京市属高校教师队伍建设支持计划高水平教学创新团队。
