刘函,湖北天门人,博士,讲师,中共党员。2016年毕业于中国农业大学农学院,获农学博士学位,2019年至2022年在中国科学院植物研究所攻读博士后。2022年8月到北京农学院植物科学技术学院参加工作。
主要研究方向:青贮玉米育种、杂种优势分子机理解析

1.首次在植物中实现ChIA-PET三维基因组学方法,揭示了玉米基因组中由H3K4me3与H3K27ac介导的染色质远程互作。
2.广泛适用于不同植物物种的基因外显子区域富集的基因分型。
