王晔，黑龙江哈尔滨人，博士，副教授，中共党员。2012年毕业于中国农业大学，获得农学博士学位。2012-2014年，在中国农业大学植物生理与生物化学国家重点实验室进行博士后研究。2014年7月调入北京农学院工作。

主要研究方向：作物栽培生理及化学调控、固废资源高值化利用

主要讲授课程：作物栽培学、耕作学、农事学、作物分子生理学

代表性成果：

主持国家自然科学基金1项，十三五、十四五国家重点研发专项子课题各1项，北京市教委科研计划一般项目1项及大北农青年基金等项目。在作物抗逆高效栽培及调控技术、工农业废弃物综合利用及其应用技术等方面取得了一定的成绩。发表论文30余篇，其中SCI 15余篇，获得国家发明专利5项，软件著作权10项，参编教材、科普书籍和著作5部。
