金君华

金君华,辽宁省辽阳市人,回族,博士,教授,硕士研究生导师。任中国高科技产业化研究会营养分会理事,中国奶业协会理事,北京食品学会青年委员会副主任委员及食品营养专业委员会秘书长。

主要研究方向:微生物

主要讲授课程:《微生物学》《食品生物技术导论》

代表性成果:已发表文章30余篇,其中以第一作者/通讯作者发表SCI/EI文章17篇,以第一/二发明人获授权国家发明专利10项,完成成果转化3项,近年主持宁夏回族自治区重大研发计划项目1项,北京市自然基金青年项目1项,北京市教委科研计划一般面上项目2项,横向课题11项。获得2018年北京市属高校"青年拔尖人才"培养计划支持。副主编“十一五”国家级规划教材、北京市高等教育精品教材、中国轻工业“十四五”规划教材1部,参编高等教育“十三五”规划教材1部,参编著作1部。
