本职位为慕田峪小园餐饮（北京）有限公司招聘：

职位介绍和资质要求：

--监督菜园生产，基于“优质，干净，平价”的原则，开发与外界食物、食材供应商的协议；

--开发关于300亩生态农场的计划；

--参与小园酒店可持续发展项目；

--工作地点为北京怀柔慕田峪长城附近；

--要求生态学硕士学位、农学或者相关专业；

--优秀的汉语和英文能力，包括口语和写作；

--有农场工作经验者优先；

--提供住宿和工作餐等；

--同于其经验和证书资历的薪资；

--向可持续发展项目经理汇报工作。

Staff Ecologist

-- Supervise production in our existing kitchen gardens and develop protocols for outside suppliers of

foods andingredients based on "good, clean, and fair" concepts.

-- Develop plans for 300 mu biodynamic farm.

-- Participate in sustainability programs for Schoolhouse Hotels. Position based near Mutianyu Great Wall.

Master's Degree in ecology, agronomy, or similar field.

--Excellent Chinese and English, oral and written.

--Previous hands on experience working on a farm helpful.

--Accommodation and meals provided.

--Compensation commensurate with experience and credentials.

--Report to sustainability programs manager.
