张薇薇，山西晋城人，博士，讲师，中共党员。2016年至2023年，任职于中国医学科学院药用植物研究所，2023年8月入职北京农学院植物科学技术学院园艺系工作。

主要研究方向：药用食用真菌的资源收集与评价、驯化育种、栽培生理、代谢调控、活性物质纯化等

主要讲授课程：《食用菌栽培学》《基础生物化学》《园艺产品营销学》

代表性成果：主持北京市自然科学基金1项、北京市教委项目1项，横向项目1项；参与国家重点研发计划、地方科技计划项目、院校级科研项目及横向项目10余项。在食药用真菌功能物质纯化及木质纤维素降解等方面取得了一定的成绩。发表学术研究论文40余篇，其中SCI论文论文20余篇（第一作者12篇）；获得国家发明专利8项。
